No. Our referral service is 100% free to you. We’re paid a small referral fee by the brokerage after closing, which we help use to cover our costs to operate and continue to research and match up quality service oriented agents.

My agent laughed and said “I don’t work for free” when I asked about cash back. How does this work?

We agree! No one works for free. Our partner agents still earn their commission, you receive up to 35 bps (35 basis points) as a thank you closing credit or post-closing payment where permitted, and a local organization wins too.

Buying or selling can be overwhelming. We’ve already vetted dozens of top agents who wholeheartedly support our project - often for personal reasons including the desire to give back - so you don’t have to start from scratch.

Do you only work with one brokerage? Can agents apply to join?

We partner with agents from many different brokerages. Participation is by invitation only. We hand-select agents based on track record, client reviews, responsiveness, local expertise, and willingness to honour our cash-back program.

Unlike most other referral services whose model is built on recruiting as many agents as possible, we don’t accept random applications or pay-to-play agents.

Buyer or seller? Who qualifies?

Both. We work with programs suited to buyers or sellers, depending on your situation. And better yet, if you're buying and selling, you may possibly receive cash back for both transactions!

What areas do you cover?

What if I already have an agent?

Our program is for new matches only. If you’ve already signed an agency agreement or are working with an agent, we can’t step in just to provide incentives. If you’re not under contract, we may be able to help. Tell us your timeline and we’ll confirm options in writing.

Do I get my cashback in cash?

Cashback is typically provided as a brokerage cheque, a reduced selling commission (most preferred by sellers) or a variety of other methods, depending on brokerage policy. The method and timing (at or after closing) are confirmed in writing before you sign.
