When you submit our match form, we collect your name, email, phone, city, client type (buyer/seller), price estimate, and desired cashback percentage. We also store any notes you choose to share.
How we use your information
- To introduce you to vetted Realtor(s), who will then doublecheck and confirm your cashback/donation terms in writing;
- To contact you with updates or questions about your request;
- To track anonymous impact totals (e.g., families helped, donated locally).
Sharing
We share your details only with the participating brokerage/agent for the purpose of the referral and incentive confirmation. We don’t sell your data.
Kind words, testimonials and reviews
We love to share your kind words with potential buyers and sellers that wish to get cash back and help our community! We only use your initials and ask permission before posting testimonials on our website(s). Some kind words on this site may be from other cash back sites we are creating or have created in the past.
Retention & security
We keep information as long as needed for referrals, reporting, and legal/accounting purposes, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
