- We review your details and match you with a local Realtor® that we believe is the best fit for your criteria.
- We will brief the Realtor® so they are familiar with the cash back and donation you prefer, and they will reach out to you.
- If for any reason you feel the referred Realtor® is not a good match (as long as you haven't committed or signed any agreements), let us know and we'll send the next Realtor® recommendation to you until you find the perfect fit.
- Cash back (and any donation) terms are confirmed in writing by the brokerage before you sign.
